The question of housing in Luxembourg is one of the major concerns of the population and a pressing challenge at the political level. For the National Housing Week 2025, LUCA invites you to rediscover the exhibition, ‘Our New Housing - An Invitation to Cooperate’ at LUXEXPO.

This exhibition explores the anatomy of the housing market and presents an alternative model for creating housing that avoids speculation and remains affordable in the long term : the housing cooperative. This exhibition, based on Céline Zimmer's doctoral thesis, is part of LUCA's intent to advance the debate on housing in Luxembourg.
